De Monte del Frà Custoza is een authentieke Italiaanse witte wijn met een geweldige balans tussen frisse fruitige tonen en zachtheid. Bekend binnen wijnkennerskringen, wordt Monte del Frà gezien als een toonaangevende producent binnen de Custoza DOC. Dit kleine herkomstgebied vlak naast het Gardameer is weliswaar minder bekend dan Soave, maar doet zeker niet onder in kwaliteit!

Wijngoed Monte del Fra

De familie Bonomo, de drijvende kracht achter Monte del Frà, heeft een ambitieuze benadering om de hoogste kwaliteit te leveren. Voor hun Custoza gebruiken ze een mix van vijf druivensoorten (garganega, cortese, trebbiano, friulano en chardonnay) om een complexe geur en smaak te verzekeren.

Het is deze toewijding die de Monte del Frà Custoza al jaren een prominente plaats bezorgt in de Gambero Rosso, dé autoriteit op het gebied van Italiaanse kwaliteitswijnen. Het komt dus niet als een verrassing dat deze wijn een van onze bestverkochte Italiaanse droge witte wijnen is, geprijsd onder de tien euro. Bestel de Monte del Frà Custoza en laat u ook overtuigen!

The NV Pedro Ximénez Solera 1927 is non-vintage, but does have some 1927 material in it. This is totally dark brown/ amber with notes of figs, toffee, caramel syrup, molasses and coffee. It is dense, super sweet, intense, rich and an amazingly, unctuously textured, thick beverage to consume slowly and introspectively after a meal. Drink now through 2050, or even longer.
